Michael is a digital marketing expert and seasoned healthcare industry executive with more than 25 years in Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals in Asia. Before embarking on his delightful career as an entrepreneur, he worked as the Head of Corporate Planning for Schering AG in Japan and then went on to build Medrad’s very successful medical device business in Asia as the President of Nihon Medrad K.K. He also served as the head of the Radiology business for Bayer Healthcare in Japan. Michael has held leadership positions in numerous community and industry organizations. He also teaches in a Japanese University and consults around the world about health and wellness, digital marketing, medical tourism, healthcare, building businesses and the Japanese medical device industry.
Michael has lived in Japan for more than 30 years and is a bilingual, strategic, dynamic, results-oriented manager.

Before starting his company IdeogeniQ, Peter worked as an Executive Director for MEDRAD, responsible for the company’s EMEA business, while later taking also ownership of the Bayer Radiology business in EMEA.
Based centrally in the European market, IdeogeniQ accompanies companies through all stages of their business development efforts in Europe, including product registration, distributor selection, manufacturer representation, sales & marketing strategies, warehousing & supply chain infra structures and the management of direct and indirect sales & marketing operations in Europe.
Peter is based in Maastricht, The Netherlands, is fluent in English, German, French and Dutch, and is a strategic, creative & results-oriented manager.
